With a passion for research, understanding, and the utilization of all available resources to solve a problem, deliver a solution, or develop a novel idea, James brings academic rigor to bear with a mission-focused and operational mindset.

As a U.S. Army Combat Veteran and a PhD candidate in Computer Science, James Robinson founded Frontline BioStrategies to provide high-stakes data solutions that are as scientifically sound as they are functional. With a Master of Science from Drexel University, he leads the firm from San Francisco, focusing on the intersection of Bioinformatics, Data Science, and Software Engineering.

We operate with a tech-forward mindset to ensure that public sector data systems—from city and county health departments to federal agencies—are secure, scalable, and built for the future.

Technical Associates

Our technical team includes an Associate Contractor who is a PhD Candidate in Data Science and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology, along with advanced certifications in SQL and Bioinformatics.

Specializing in Genomic Methods and Multi-omics Data Analysis, this role provides the informatics-driven foundation necessary for high-integrity scientific discovery and pathogen surveillance. By integrating biological sciences with advanced data engineering and predictive modeling, we ensure all deliverables provide a verifiable, reproducible, and audit-ready "source of truth" for the nation's most critical scientific programs.
