As a U.S. Army Combat Veteran and a PhD candidate in Computer Science, James Robinson founded Frontline BioStrategies to provide high-stakes data solutions that are as scientifically sound as they are functional. With a Master of Science from Drexel University, he leads the firm from San Francisco, focusing on the intersection of Bioinformatics, Data Science, and Software Engineering.
We operate with a tech-forward mindset to ensure that public sector data systems—from city and county health departments to federal agencies—are secure, scalable, and built for the future.
Technical Associates
The Technical Lead at Frontline BioStrategies possesses three years of interdisciplinary graduate-level education encompassing Systems Engineering, Computer Science, and Data Science. Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Systems Engineering through the University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC), he oversees the integration of complex data architectures and the execution of high-performance software development cycles. His expertise in machine learning and data analysis enables the firm to deliver robust, scalable solutions for software defense and critical infrastructure. This engineering-centric approach ensures all software development and data science deliverables are optimized for operational resilience and precise technical validation within high-consequence computational environments.
